Production capacity
"Trebl" steel wheels are manufactured at state-of-the-art plant in Russia with a total capacity of 3 million wheels per year.
In Russia, the plant of full-cycle manufacturing of steel wheel s for passenger vehicles and light trucks was launched in 2017. It is a modern and innovative enterprise which is fitted with Italian, German and Russian equipment.
Product quality control is an obligatory part of the whole production process, starting from the model design, through the in-process control of intermediate products and parts, the control of the finished wheel appearance, and ending with the tests in the plant’s laboratory.
Before being released to the market, the test specimen of new wheel models are tested for flexure under torsion and rolling in a special booth.
During the production process, the special automated machines built into manufacturing lines are used to check the tightness of the welded vertical joints of the rim, to control the axial and radial wheel runouts, which helps to identify all the defects immediately and to reject products with any deviations.
All of the coating and working materials used in the cataphoresis and coating line are tested in the plant’s laboratory for compliance with the parameters specified in the normative and technical documentation and required for the accurate coating process.
The integrated Quality Management System has been implemented at the plant, which is confirmed by the relevant ISO 9001Certificate and the Quality Conformance Certificate of the Eurasian Union.
Besides, there have been implemented international standards and the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001 Certificate), that will allow to adjust the production load and not to exceed the maximum permitted limits of plant emissions.
