Trebl stamped wheels are produced at three state-of-the-art facilities in Asia and Russia with a total capacity of 3 million units per year.
A full-cycle plant for production of stamped wheels for passenger cars and LCVs was launched in Russia in 2017. It is a modern and innovative enterprise with equipment from Italian, American, Chinese, and Russian manufacturers. Production capacity reaches 1.5 million wheels per year covering over 100 sizes for all popular car brands.
The wheels are produced from high-quality domestic and European raw materials.
Continuous supplies of materials constantly replenish stocks and ensure smooth, uninterrupted operation of the plant.
All 4-line production processes have a maximum level of automation.
Strict quality control is mandatory for the entire production process: from model design, workpieces, parts, and appearance of the finished wheel to testing in the plant’s laboratory.
Before mass production, samples of the new wheel models go through rigorous torsional and rolling tests on special stands.
In the production process, specialized automated machines check the tightness of the rim’s butt weld and control axial and radial runout. These are built into the production lines and can immediately detect all the defects and automatically exclude products with deviations.
All paint and working materials used on e-coat and paint lines are tested in the plant’s chemical laboratory for compliance with the necessary parameters for high-quality coating specified in the regulatory and technical documentation.
